Changing the Company Owner’s Email
Section titled “Changing the Company Owner’s Email”To change the email, you need to:

Send a request to change the email in the support chat
For data security, only the company owner can request an email change from their account.
Request example:
Please change the company owner’s email from “Current email” to “New email”

After verifying the information, we will change the email.
Changing an Employee’s Email
Section titled “Changing an Employee’s Email”To change the email:

If you are an employee – contact the company owner.
Only the company owner can request an employee email change. -
The company owner sends a request to support chat to change the employee’s email.
Request example:
Please change the employee’s email from “Current email” to “New email”

After verifying the information, we will change the email.
How to Transfer Company Ownership?
Section titled “How to Transfer Company Ownership?”To transfer access rights:

Add the email you want to transfer ownership to your company as an employee. How to add an employee?
When transferring ownership, all owner rights will automatically be granted to the new user.
