Email Change

To change the email, you need to:

  1. Send a request to change the email in the support chat

    For data security, only the company owner can request an email change from their account.

    Request example:

    Please change the company owner’s email from “Current email” to “New email”

  2. After verifying the information, we will change the email.


To change the email:

  1. If you are an employee – contact the company owner.
    Only the company owner can request an employee email change.

  2. The company owner sends a request to support chat to change the employee’s email.

    Request example:

    Please change the employee’s email from “Current email” to “New email”

  3. After verifying the information, we will change the email.


To transfer access rights:

  1. Add the email you want to transfer ownership to your company as an employee. How to add an employee?

    When transferring ownership, all owner rights will automatically be granted to the new user.

  2. Send a request to our support chat.

    Request example:

    Please transfer company ownership from “Current email” to “New email”
