Services Import

HelloClient supports importing products from Excel and CSV files

Frequent questions

Section titled “Frequent questions”
Error: “Canceling statement due to statement timeout”

Maximum number of lines to upload: 1000 lines Solution: split the file into several parts (no more than 100 lines in each file)

Error: “Expected string length from 1 to 255 characters”

The error indicates the presence of empty lines in the file.

Download Features:

  1. Go to “Services”
  2. Click “More → Load data into HelloClient”
  3. Select the file and match the fields

Import and Download services

Key Settings:

  • Skip the first line - if the file has headers
  • Errors → click on the → arrow in the red line to go to the problem

Import services

This section is also related to salary, where you can set a percentage and a fixed amount that an employee will receive for performing a specific service.
