How to Specify a Different Client
What to do if an incorrect client was selected when creating a ticket or sale:
- Delete the ticket or sale.
- Create a new ticket or sale, specifying the correct client.
How to Delete Operations
Section titled “How to Delete Operations”Payments for the ticket:
- Go to the Payments section
- Delete the transactions related to the ticket
Employee Salary Accruals:
- Go to Reports – Salary and select the employee
- Delete the accrual related to the ticket/sale
