How to Specify a Different Client

What to do if an incorrect client was selected when creating a ticket or sale:

  1. Delete the ticket or sale.
  2. Create a new ticket or sale, specifying the correct client.

Payments for the ticket:

  1. Go to the Payments section
  2. Delete the transactions related to the ticket

Employee Salary Accruals:

  1. Go to Reports – Salary and select the employee
  2. Delete the accrual related to the ticket/sale
